My gps has worked fine until the last couple weeks. Now i cant get an accurate reading at all.  It's anybody else having this issue?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this and because your Versa 2 capture GPS information using your phone's GPS chip, can you please specify which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Can you please elaborate on the accuracy issue?
