I'm having a problem with distance accuracy on my Versa 2. I have been walking the exact same route for a week using the exercise walking tracking. So far I have recorded:
9.49 kms
8.75 kms
8.52 kms
8.2 kms
7.58 kms
7.9 kms
I'm walking on a trail that doesn't change and has access to GPS/data constantly. The number of steps is pretty consistent recognizing that can change within limits. However the distance should be very similar if not almost exactly the same. I've confirmed my app settings on my phone for Fitbit. Location permission is turned on & mobile data is allowed. I've turned them off and back on but no change. My GPS is turned on within the Fitbit walking exercise settings. I've also turned this off and back on but no change. It also doesn't seem to matter if I have a full charge on the Versa or my phone.
Can anyone offer a solution to this problem?
