My Versa 2 just stopped working. I did the reset and the screen came up green and I can barely see the clock. It turns off after trying to swip or use any of the touch screen features. The face is hot the few seconds it on and it's quickly draining the battery life. HELP!
UPDATE: Now I can only see the clock face, no green screen anymore, but it doesn't respond to touch. I cannot move off of the clock face no matter which direction I scroll. I've tried resetting it again and it doesn't seem to fully reset. Plus it won't sync with the app, so the time us about 20 min slow 🙄
