Versa 3 sleep tracker

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the horrible update my Versa 3 isn't tracking my sleep properly.

I'm no longer getting REM/deep etc, just awake/restless /asleep. And it's telling me I was asleep when I've been awake or even up and about in the night for long chunks of time.

The visual changes are bad enough, but I primarily use my fitbit for sleep tracking. If it's no longer going to track it's no use to me. Is there any way of fixing this?

Hi @SharraT - if you look in the forums you are not the only one experiencing sleep issues.

A couple of things to try.

Turn off the phone's Bluetooth before bed, to allow the watch to work standalone.

In the morning turn it on again and sync.

Then go to the online dashboard and see what is displayed, it may be different/correct and this would confirm it is a functional app problem in addition to the display issues.

Thanks for replying 😊

My phone is on flight mode at night, so Bluetooth is off.

Last night I was up most of the night, but fitbit says I was asleep!

I spoke to fitbit support this morning who told me to turn it off and back on again 🤦 and to get back to them if it still wasn't working. But they also mentioned a new update? Not available for me yet, but maybe that will fix things.

Thanks @SharraT for the update, there are issues with sleep, a restart may help. Did you check the online dashboard to see if it is different?

If the online dashboard is the same check your HR results, because they normally fall when you are asleep. You can still edit your night and may get more realistic results.
