Brand new (3 day old) versa 2, updated yesterday and have since lost all heart rate zone data
yes I’ve switched it off and on again.

Hello @Beu and welcome to the Help forum. I am not 100% positive, but this is what I think happened. When Versa 2s were manufactured, they awarded active minutes. A firmware update was released last September that changed devices active zone minutes. Existing Versa users had their heart zone date messed up for one day, then things were fixed. I think your update made the switch. Things should work themselves out. Please get back to us if they don't.
