Versa 2 Heartrate not accurate during exercise

The last few days my Heart rate has not been accurate during exercise. I just completed a HIIT workout and had my versa 2 measuring the workout, HR was being measured at 100bpm. I've checked it myself at the same time and it was well above 140bpm. Once I stopped and had a rest that is when my heartrate on the versa 2 has increased. I've tried tightening it on my wrist to make better contact, but this has happened since the most recent update.

I have been having this same problem for months since the update. It seems to track just fine at rest but getting it to read a higher heartrate during exercise has been impossible. I can barely get it above 150 even when I am gasping for breath during cardio. It is absolutely infuriating and from what I have been seeing on the forum is a very common issue. I have tried all of the tips and they've done nothing.
