My Versa 2 calorie counter and heart rate are wrong. I have been noticing while I am at the gym doing a vigorous workout, my heartrate will be in the double digits for some time, like it's frozen and not really picking up the actual number. Also, I noticed the calorie counter read nearly 800 total calories burned while I was at the gym and a little later in my car it was less than 700. How is that possible? Also, I have seen topics on changing the calorie counter in the dashboard under preferences, but I don't see that option available when I go in. Not in the app and not in the web version either. I bought this Versa 2 just 7 months ago. It shouldn't have these issues already!
