Versa 2 Incorrect Weight Conversion Bug & Support feedback

All my settings are set to metric, weight included, set to lbs.

 

When I enter my weight from the watch, even though the watch clearly shows the entry is in lbs, even confirming after, "203lbs logged at 7:45pm". When I check the Fitbit App, it shows 447.5 LBS. 

 

Its very clear the watch is submitting weight in KG no matter what your settings and the app makes the conversion to LBS.

 

I had a very long and useless chat with support about this, that has me wanting to return this watch based on the absolutely terrible support, let alone the various bugs on this watch. Now I sit here contemplating sacrificing some battery life (versa 2's one strong point) and just returning it and going to a more competent competitors watch.

 

Anyway that's my frustrated rant. Here's my chat transcript, so other can save themselves the trouble of even contacting support. I have submitted a detailed explanation with screenshots in hopes of a more competent response. I'll update here if it goes anywhere.
