Hi,

I just "upgraded" from the Charge 3 to the Versa 2. The Charge 3 worked flawlessly except the back-light recently started acting up. Nothing seems to work with Versa 2. Specifically, it does not turn on with wrist action, only when the button is pressed, I have the setting properly set. The sleep tracking is all wrong, I have tried sensitive and normal settings but it only tracks a few hours each night, the Charge 3 was considerably more accurate. The floors counter does not work. I go up and down my multilevel basement several times per day and it never records more than 2 floors.

Did I just get a lemon? I have rebooted watch. Not sure what else to try.

My wrist action never works either, it's set correctly but doesn't turn the screen on. From what I can see on here, Versa 2 is a 🍋
