Hi all!
I got a Versa 2 last week and it connected just fine at first. But every time I connect any other bluetooth device to my phone it disconnects the Versa and it won't reconnect. I have to tell the phone to forget all Bluetooth devices, restart the versa, remove the versa from my app, and re pair it. Every time.
And then I have to re pair my other bluetooth devices if I want to use them, which causes the versa to disconnect all over again and then I repeat the process.
Is there a way to fix the permanently?

Hi @RenaMac12 , the main problem is that when there are BT enabled devices nearby your phone and Versa 2, they interfere with the connectivity between your phone and Versa 2. When syncing your Versa 2 with yxour phone, make sure all other BT devices are either out of BT range from your phone and Versa 2 or disable BT of the other devices. Regards kuzibri

I'm currently out of range of all of my other devices and still unable to connect.

Hi @RenaMac12 , try this:
1. Deinstall Fitbit app from your phone
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall Fitbit app without enabling BT on your phone or, if automatically enabled, disable BT.
4. Sync your Versa with the Fitbit app and let Fitbit find your Versa.
5. Once found, Fitbit will say that BT is disabled and if you allow Fitbit to enable BT and press "yes".
Good luck and regards kuzibri

I have the same issue, but with the Versa 1.
It's a bit ridiculous to do this every time we have a blue tooth device nearby, especially given that's the main way headphones connect to modern phones. Surely this is an issue that needs resolving immediately from Fitbit's side? If not, this is the last time I get one.
I replaced my old one because of this issue and now getting it on the versa. Not impressed.

Hmm just tried it with just closing the app, switching off the BT, re-opening the app and then activating the BT again and it seemed to connect. Still a bit of a mess, but definitely a lot fewer steps than re-connecting the device entirely each time.

Ugh. I just got the pixel and am having this problem. I wouldn't have gotten this phone if I knew this issue before hand ! Very frustrating.
