Versa 2 LED light and HR sensor not working

My versa 2 LED light,and HR sensor has stopped working. I have tried restarting it. I then tried cleaning it and doing a factory reset with no effect. What other troubleshooting can I try?

Hi, Just in case did you try to turn Heart rate On in the Settings?

Hi there, yup tried that as well, and restarted it and turned it on again in settings, didn't help either
