Versa 2 Loses Bluetooth Connection

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had a Versa 2 Fitbit for 2 years now. It continues to lose connection with my iPhone Bluetooth and every morning and every evening I have to forget the Versa 2 device in the iPhone Bluetooth settings and reconnect with the new Versa 2 device to get them to synchronize data.  This works but is a pain in the butt to have to do this twice daily and if there is not a fix, I will absolutely not buy another Fitbit device.  Here are the things I have done to try to fix this issue:

1. I have read other posts on this same issue, and someone keeps pointing them to a webpage that does not fix the issue.  If you point me to that website, then you're a Looser as I have tried all those things.

2. I have a Versa 2 and iPhone13 Pro with the latest firmware and updates.

3. I have tried removing the Fitbit app and reinstalling it.

4. I have tried resetting the iPhone 13 Pro.

5. I have tried making sure no other device is connected to the Versa 2 Bluetooth.

6. I have tried turning off and on the iPhone Bluetooth.

7. I have tried removing the Versa 2 device from the Fitbit app and adding it back.

8. I have tried restarting the Versa 2 device.

9. I have tried connecting the iPhone 13 Pro and Versa 2 and keeping them within 10 feet of each other for over 10 hours multiple times when sleeping and they lose connection in the night every time.

10.  I have had a witch doctor work his magic and cast every demon away from both the Versa 2 and iPhone 13 Pro and the Versa Bluetooth connection keeps going rotten with evil spirits fouling the Versa 2.

11. I took both devices to church when they are connected via Bluetooth and the connection becomes lost during the service.

I believe the Versa 2 programming or device itself is engineered bad.  It has a working Bluetooth connection it will keep it alive for some period of time like 1 hour then recreates a new Bluetooth ID making the old one unusable.  This poor programming requires the user of the iPhone to manually forget the device and connect to the newly generated Versa 2 Bluetooth ID multiple times a day.

What say you?  Is there a real solution?  Don't point me to some bogus webpage that does not work as I have tried all of those bogus web pages and they do not work!  I have also seen many people with the same issue on this forum and none of them have had a solution that works.

In one week, if there is no working solution, I will take this Versa 2 device and put it back in its box and have the witch doctor preform a blood sacrifice over this device and have it cast into the eternal bliss of nothingness.
