My Versa 2 will detect my voice when replying to text messages. Tried everything! How can i get this fixed?

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

I would recommend restarting your Watch by following these steps.

 

Then, please make sure to follow the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I use quick replies on my Fitbit device?".

 

If you see any message when trying to use the microphone please attach an image for further investigation.

 

In addition, please tell me if the microphone works when using Alexa.
