My Versa 2 bought in November 2019 has ceased to respond to touch. It was touch and go for most of the time I've had it, but I was always able to get into settings and reset it. Now, because it is totally non responsive, I can't even do that. I would like to replace it but can't even figure out how to do that. Any suggestions? TIA

Hi @RMacL , try to restart your Versa 2 3-4 times by pressing and holding the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. If that does not solve your screen problem, contact Customer Support.
