Versa 2 Non responsive to any touch

My Versa 2 bought in November 2019 has ceased to respond to touch.  It was touch and go for most of the time I've had it, but I was always able to get into settings and reset it.  Now, because it is totally non responsive, I can't even do that.  I would like to replace it but can't even figure out how to do that.  Any suggestions?  TIA

Hi @RMacL , try to restart your Versa 2 3-4 times by pressing and holding the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. If that does not solve your screen problem, contact Customer Support

Thank you, I did contact customer service and a happily awaiting my replacement.  Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
