Versa is not receiving notifications

Since I’ve updated my iPhone my Versa has stopped receiving notifications, I have tried a few different things to fix this and nothing is working! Is anyone else having or have had the same issue and found a fix?  Any help much appreciated.

Hi @Alli-M Yes, this is an issue with the latest iOS update. Go to the first post in THIS  thread for instructions on how to get around the problem. I hope you can sort it out!
