Versa alarm

My new versa2 has an alarm that goes off at approx 11.50pm each night, which I cant turn off, then again about 2 minutes later. I have no alarms set on my Fitbit watch or my phone. I have deleted the app on my phone, deleted the watch off my phone, then started again from the beginning. An alarm still goes off at 11.50, then again about 2 minutes later. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is anyone able to help me before my husband takes a hammer to it!

Hi @OzJan Try restartingbthe Versa 2 several times and see if that fixes it. Then try a factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it contact Supoort.
