Versa 2 Not Getting Texts

I setup my versa 2 24 hours ago. While it shows some incoming phone calls, it does not notify me of ANY texts on my fully updated Galaxy S9+. Oddly enough, under "notifications" in my fitbit app, I can't even select "Messages", but Messages is selected as my fitbit default messaging app. I've been combing through my phone for an hour and can find nothing wrong that has been suggested.

Hi @Katielester , some Android users suffer from this problem, especially Samsung owners, after the latest Firmware update form Fitbit. They are aware of it and working on a solution. Regards kuzibri

Not understanding you @Katielester messages are selected under notifications, but your unable to select messages??
