I've had my Versa 2 for about a week and have been yet to get a successful night where sleep stages are logged. I've scoured the forums and tried various fixes but still am not getting sleep stages. The device is logging restlessness and time awake but is not logging sleep cycles. In case it helps, the phone I am using to log is an iPhone 6S Plus running iOS 12.x, I have not updated to 13.x yet.
Each night I:
1. Ensure the device is not at critical battery (each night has been above 75%)
2. Place the device in sleep mode.
3. Use the app's "Begin Sleep Now" function to start logging sleep.
4. Upon waking up open the app and select "I'm awake"
Troubleshooting I've already tried:
1. Rebooting the device
2. Shutting down, powering back on the device.
3. Wearing the device higher on my wrist.
4. Wearing the device on the inside of my wrist.
5. Cleaning the area and the sensors before I sleep.
6. Having the Sleep sensitivity setting on both Normal and Sensitive for testing.
Each night I do not get sleep stages logged, however I also have yet to receive a notification with a "learn more" as to why they were not logged. I am currently on a premium subscription. I also noticed most other threads stated you were not able to get sleep cycles if the device could not log your heart rate through the night, however checking the heart rate portion of the monitoring there are no gaps in the graph during sleep and I see the changes in my heart rate through the night so I do not believe this is the issue. If there are any other troubleshooting tips I'd appreciate them, I love the rest of the device so far but the main point of purchase was for the sleep stage logging.

To add to this as I had forgotten to include:
1. Rebooting/resetting the device by holding the left button until it turns off and the fitbit logo reappears.
2. The fitbit is on the most recent update.
3. I have also tried disabling and re-enabling heart rate features.
