I was happy to use fitbit, but several months back, it stopped logging all biometric data. I saw some posts here that many people has se issues.
When I contacted help desk, their first solution was to turn on and off and keep wearing.. then next solution was to give discount code for buying new one.
I just used this gear for just over a year (which makes not eligible to replacement due to warranty issue). But again, why would I buy a new fitbit when the gear has very short lifetime?
There are many options now, I really don't see any value to buy a new one.
This is very disappointing.
Surely I will switch to another brand, more reliable one.
Hope others would do the same, without wasting your time!

I'm sorry you feel disappointed and thank you for sharing your experience. I'd recommend you continue this matter with Support Team as you already have a case with them.
Also remember each device wears differently based on the use of the device.
