Versa 2 won't sync

Versa2 will not sync.

Hi @3Beardies - there can be many reasons why it doesn't sync but first try restarting the phone and watch, see also Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Done this multiple times and uninstalled/installed the app. Nothing works.
Watch stopped syncing a day ago.

@3Beardies  - try fully charging the watch, and check lights flashing on the back.

 

Turn Bluetooth off and on again.

 

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window, in the phone settings, clear storage cache and force stop it on Android.

 

Login again and head to the phone home screen without closing it.

 

A sync popup should appear, click on it and wait for the pair and link prompts, then sync.

Tried everything. Deleted the fitbit and tried to reinstall it. Phone finds
it but it will not pair. Took both to the phone store and the associate
couldn't get it to work. Thinks my Versa2 is the problem.
