I got my Versa 2 on February 1st and was able to get a sleep score the very first night I used it. However every night after that I only get sleep patterns and not sleep stages. I have scoured this forum and tried any number of solutions and none work. I have tried to restart the watch, restart my phone, increase the fitbits sensitivity, tighten my strap more at night, I reinstalled my app, and I've read through all the fitbit help and question fixes. My fitbit is very accurately tracking my heart rate while I am asleep. I would really love a solution to this.

@TannerBoggs Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Versa 2.
Your watch will show a sleep score if you had sleep stages. Since, you've tried the recommended troubleshooting and it's still not tracking your sleep stages. I've created a case on your behalf with our team and they will continue assisting you.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I finally found a solution. Rather than listen to the fitbit community moderators who like to state this issue is the users fault, offer up several general "fixes," and slap a "fixed" onto the post before anyone even replies, I simply didn't use the fitbit app on my phone to say I was going to sleep. Rather, I just wore the fitbit to bed and voilà my sleep score and sleep stages appeared!
