So I have the Fitbit versa lite. Ive had for 3 months and was able to use it for about 2 moths before things all went bad. I started having a lot of the same issues it seems as others with the syncing. I tried what others suggested and downloaded a different txting app, that worked for about 3 days. Then it just stopped working all together. So I delete the device from my app and started all over again. Well nothing happened, it said it needed to update my watch and I tried and still nothing. So I factory reset my watch and that seemed to have made it even worse. So now I have tried it on three phones an iPad and a computer. And all it does is find my watch and try to update an all that happens is my watch and whatever device I’m trying it on loses its connection and my watch just keeps saying download the Fitbit app. It will say it’s connected to Bluetooth and give me the code and after that it goes no where. But when it says downloading 2 out of the 3 updates it says its 101%. I can not get this watch to work on anything. I’m very frustrated. I like this watch but feel I wasted the money for something that lasted 2 months. Anyone have any other suggestions. My phone is an android phone that I was always using it on.

When attempting to update your device, is your phone / device connected to Wifi, or are you using your phone’s cellular service?

I have tried it withthe WiFi on and off. I contacted sustomer service and they said it had to be troubleshooted on a Windows computer. So I tried that and still it's stuck on the watch just telling me to download the app. Pretty much how it is at the initial setup when you first get the watch.
