I purchased a Fitbit versa 2 in 2020 and within 8-9months it quit working. I was sent a “refurbished” Fitbit as a warranty replacement. It lasted about 8 months and now won’t turn on or charge. I was told that my Fitbit was no longer covered by warranty and was offered a coupon for a new one. I’m not sure where I can write a review for the public to see, but I feel that potential buyers should be warned of this. Definitely going to be switching brands after being a faithful Fitbit user for the past 6+ years.

Hi there @arfarmer. Welcome to Community Forums.
I understand how you feel about this situation, I'm sorry to hear about it. I'd recommend you continue with Support Team as there is already a case with them.
Also you can check these articles, Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.

Thank you for responding. I’m not sure what good following up with the support team is going to do. I did email them back asking questions about their response and no one has replied. Seems like a lost cause!
