Versa 2 - Not UHC Compatible

Wanted a Fitbit Watch/Tracker that I could actually see outside as well as inside.  Versa 2 is great but I can't earn fitness dollars with my healthcare provide, UHC now.  UHC said Fitbit has to initiate the Versa to their program.  Come on Fitbit, don't discriminate against those with bad eyesight.  We want to be healthy and earn fitness dollars to our HSA too.

Hello @LAKammdine and welcome to the Help forums.  I understand your concern completely.  There are several wellness plans that let you choose from a number of devices and different brands.

When Fitbit made a decision to change to active zone minutes, and added it to existing trackers, it affected all users like you.  The left hand doesn't know what the right hand did.  I will flag this post for moderator attention.  If Fitbit doesn't address this issue, users will vote with their wallets and leave Fitbit.

@LAKammdine That's great feedback. I would love to see Versa and Sense included with the program as well. I encourage you to add this request to our feature suggestion board, I'll vote for it as well. 

@LZeeW  it would be nice to have Smartwatches included with the program. However, as a UHC motion member myself, I know that activity minutes are not and never were necessary to complete the requirements needed to option reimbursement. It's based on certain step based goals.
