Versa 2 Not Working

My Versa 2 is not working at all. The screen is black, the lights on the back do not come on and it will not charge. I have tried the factory reset and it does nothing.

It still is not working. I have tried to charge it, I have tried to reset
it, the most I can get out of it is a black screen. The charger works as it
charges my husband's fitbit just fine.

My fitbit is not even 1.5 years old. This is the second fitbit I have owned
and the second one to have only lasted less than 1.5 years.

Is there anything else that can be done?
