After a firmware update last night my Versa 2 is no longer receiving notifications....all notifications are instead going to my Charge 3 (which has been removed from my phone). The Versa 2 is still syncing and tracking. Confused.

Let me share with you that our Customer Support team informed me that they already provided you assistance to solve your issue. That being said, my best advice for you at this moment will be to contact them back if further assistance is needed or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case.
