Versa 2 Not working

Hi, my Fitbit versa 2 just suddenly stopped working. 
The screen is frozen and flickering and it’s also overheating. Sometimes the screen will go black and then it will vibrate and come back on

I’ve tried to restart it but it’s unresponsive. 
I’ve only had it for a month, so upset 😞
I’ve tried to contact Fitbit support but I can’t seem to get through.

Does anyone know of any places that do Fitbit repairs?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Currently, Fitbit does not have physical repair centers, so support is provided via chat, email, or telephone.

Since you have already contacted technical support, it is necessary that you continue working with them as they have additional tools that will be able to better track this issue.  If you need to contact them again please fill the information required here.
