Versa 2 Notification issue

Versa 2 has stoppwd receiving all text calender and call notifications. I have and android phone. I have restared both the versa 2 and the phone. Unpaired and paired checked all settings. I must be missing something. Please help.

The same thing is happening to my Versa2. It just started happening all of a sudden. I've done a "soft reset," but my notifications still don't come through to my watch, and calls will come to my watch, but there is a delay...typically the notification comes to my watch after I've answered the call. My sister has the Versa3 and the same thing was happening to her watch, but she fixed hers with the Versa3 update. So far, my watch says there isn't an update available. Extremely frustrating!
