Versa 2 button stuck

I have read through every forum I can find before posting this. I have tried cleaning with a toothpick, etc…I cannot reset using the left side button on my Versa 2 because it is completely stuck/unresponsive. Please help!

Hi @Gwake28 - if you think it an internal issue and want to restart your watch, sync and then use the Watch Settings About menu to do a full Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
