Hi, I've just got the Fitbit versa 2 but am having trouble. Often I don't receive notifications on my watch. I've checked the app and it saying notification service not running, needs to restart. I have often tried restarting. I've read other advice to clear cache, uninstall app etc. That works for about half an hour. I also read that it not compatible with certain phones....as I've got a redmi Xiaomi model 8t. 

 

I'd accept any help if can.

Hi @N.Curry and welcome to the forum. Please make sure your OS is at 7.0 or higher. I know one of the Xiaomi phones does not work well with Fitbit devices. Please check this page. It offers links to trouble shooting tips in case you missed anything in your efforts. Hopefully someone with your phone model will respond to help.
