I'm very DONE with fitbit. My Versa 2 fitbit was less than 2 years old when I was forced to do the app update back in August. It immediately went DEAD!!! I've read enough posts and tried EVERYTHING suggested. I even sat it down for a month and came back to it. NOTHING...No progress, No charging, No green lights... NOTHING... This is my last fitbit. I depended on my merchandise and used it religiously in my everyday life. I had even upgraded to the versa 2 . I refuse to pay another penny, let alone 150,000 pennies for a piece of junk. Unless I'm getting a new fitbit, not a replacement that was previously used NO NEED TO CONTACT ME!!!!!!
