I am not sure if this is happened to anyone else but I am hoping someone may have some insight. I got the Versa 2 for Christmas and it was working perfectly until about a month ago. The mic stopped picking up sound when I tried to respond to text messages as well as when I tried to use the Alexa option. I have done many chats and emails back and forth with support trying many of the fixes they wanted me to try and they have now told me that Canada is not a supported country for the Amazon Alexa. Does anyone know when this changed and if the text message reply is also affected by Amazon Alexa no longer being supported in Canada?
