Last night my Versa stopped working. It was charged at 93% according to the app. The screen went black, no vibration or no green light. Today I charged it and installed the update, now I have the green light on the back and it vibrates, but still a black screen. Anyone else having this issues?

I have this issue but mine is dead. I called Fitbit and it won’t come back to life. Warranty expired on March 31, 2020 so I got a 25% coupon to buy another. I’ve had Fitbits for probably 10 years but now this... I don’t think I’ll be buying another for $150.

Yes I have the same problem. My Veraa Lite is only 1 year old. It just went blank. I did the update a couple a days ago. My Fitbit hasn’t been right since. I noticed the number of steps were inaccurate and notification were continuous. I had to turn off the heart monitor and reset the device several times. After a full charge today it went totally blank with a black screen.
