Activity Not showingActivity Not showing

The information syncs to the app without issues. The Active Minutes, Steps, Calories, and Miles show up. I've owned the Versa 2 for almost two weeks. There has always been this random circle.

1. What does it mean?

2. What data is not showing up here?

3. How will the activity show up?

I think you have scrolled down from clock face to the Activity display.  The 4 dots at bottom of display mean you can scroll left or right to 4 screens.  The first one with the empty green circle is for steps; showing full circle means you hit daily goal. There should be a shoe inside the circle, and your step count to the right of it.  Scrolling right, next screen should show Zone Minutes and calories burned, next screen miles and stairs; 4th last screen with 7 bars across should be a bar chart showing number of steps each day of the week.

You say steps do show up; to the right of miles is stairs;  are you mistaking that for steps?

If appears that step count is not getting to that display; I have no idea why not.  Are you getting step count on the main clock face, if you have a clock face that shows steps?  Is step count showing up on your phone app?

If you are getting steps on clock face and in phone app, only thing I can think of to try is turning that off and back on.  If you scroll down past that display to Settings on the bottom (not the main 'Settings' app), that horizontal line of displays is called 'Activity'.  Try toggling that off, then go back to see the difference in display.  Then toggle it back on and see if it shows your steps then.

I unchecked the "Activity" box several times. The round circle with nothing still appears. Should I restart the Versa?

"Restart" as always a good and safe first step.  It is quick and never does any harm.  But this restart , not the factory reset.

Did the Restart twice.

First time, held side button down until the Fitbit symbol came on (10 seconds as directed)

No change to circle.

Second time, unchecked the "Activity" button, Restarted. No change to circle. And "no recent activity"

So, no changes. *sigh*
