Versa 2 Readiness score

I have had my Fitbit Versa 2 since Dec 25, 2021 & it is now Oct 3, 2022. I have had my watch on 24/7 since I got it. I only take it off to charge it. I was receiving my Readiness Score every day until 3 days ago!! Why did I just stop receiving my Readiness Score? It makes no sense bc I’ve def had my watch on for more than the time it claims!! What happened to stop receiving my Readiness Score??

I think Readiness Score is a Premium feature.  Did your Premium membership perhaps just expire?  Maybe check if other Permium features are working.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Does the green light still come on the back of your watch? I think the readiness score is linked with the heart rate data, which is monitored by the sensor with the green light. Did you happen to do the firmware update right before this problem started? I don't have premium, but my heart rate monitor stopped working after the firmware update.
