I sent my Versa 2 in over 1 month ago via prepaid label and it has yet to reach its destination, let alone get a new one.
It has gone through 2 cities in Illinois, 1 city in Wisconsin, 5 cities in California, 1 city in Arizona, 1 city in Arkansas, and is now in Texas. Final destination is supposed to be in California. Not sure what the prepaid label does, but it is not good.
Have others had similar issues with their return?

I’ve never understood the USA postal and courier system. I buy some pills from there, they seem to go on rather a long tour of the USA before heading off to New Zealand. I sometimes look at the tracking info and realise my pills have been more places than I have. But I feel your pain. My fitbits are sitting in Aussie waiting for customs stuff to be sorted out. Now the replacements are waiting in china for deliveries to resume after Xmas, lol. It’s the worst time of year for sending and receiving, and add covid to the mix all we can do is hurry up and wait.
