Hi all, I've recently upgraded to the SE 2020 and I have a Versa 2 Fitbit. Since the upgrade, I'm not receiving text notifications on my Fitbit. I am receiving calendar updates and call notifications. I've reset the Fitbit, uninstalled it, deleted and reinstalled the app, I've checked notifications in settings on the phone, on the watch and on the app, any ideas please?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for your message. I have completed all these steps and have waited 24 hours and still no messages are coming through. I am getting calendar updates and if I take a call on my phone, my watch will come up with 'Active call in progress' but that doesn't happen until I've answered the call. Any more tips/Advice?
