I recently started having trouble with my Fitbit Versa screen freezing and I am unable to the area to do a factory reset. At first, I would hold the side button down to reset and this would allow me to use the touchscreen for about a day and then my Fitbit would stop working again. I did this type of reset for about a month. I finally decided to do a factory reset at the beginning of March which allowed me to use my Fitbit touchscreen for about 2-3 weeks. Now the screen is frozen again and holding the button down on the side does not reset my watch. Since the screen is frozen I cannot get into the settings again to do a factory reset. I am beyond frustrated with this watch. I spent way too much money for this not to be working and I want to return for a refund or a replacement. However, it seems that it conveniently started doing this after the 45 day return window. I bought this watch on Black Friday which means it needed to be returned in January. This problem did not start until February. Help????

I am having the same issue. I just wrote an email to them because I can't use mine at all. It is becoming very frustrating!

Mine does the same thing, I swipe and it never leaves the clock screen. I’ve reset it multiple times..... Super frustrating
