My Versa isn't syncing on the FitBit app. I've had this issue in the past and have resolved it by restarting my Fitbit but that's not working this time around. I also tried turning my bluetooth off and back on, resetting my phone, unpairing my Fitbit (it will no longer pair with my phone bluetooth) and deleting my Fitbit from the app and adding it back (now it's not finding my device even though my bluetooth is on). Anyone have this same issue and some sort of resolution I'm missing?

Mine won’t sync either. It has lost almost two hours in the past 30 hours or so. I’ve had a new BT hub but it won’t recognise the logon and says device not found. Any suggestions please? I’ve had the versa and my iPad with app , connected to power and versa is very close being fully charged!
