Versa 2 Screen Randomly Turns On

I have my Versa 2 set up so that the screen should not turn on unless its touched or the button is pushed. However, at random the screen will turn on for no reason. Could this be a defect? Wondering if I should return and replace?

Are you sure you have your tracker Settings for Screen Wake on Manual?

Yes positive its on Manual.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Restarting did not solve this issue. Probably will take back for an exchange.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
