Versa 2 Screen Unresponsive

I’ve tried restarting it, i’ve tried changing the clock, i don’t think i can factory reset from my phone. unfortunately i also can’t delete alarms from my phone and i have one that goes off every morning that i can’t dismiss because the touch screen won’t work and i’m about to smash this watch into little pieces and start protesting fitbit daily and dedicate my life to this if this doesn’t start working or if i don’t find a solution because i haven’t even had this for a year.

The same exact thing happened to mine today. I’m now in horror thinking about the 3 alarms I have set on it that I won’t be able to turn off. I have had this one since December. Ugh.

it’s driving me insane. i don’t use the other stuff on the watch except for time so the screen not working isn’t a huge problem for me EXCEPT THE ALARMS 😭 i think i might just suck it up and black ball fitbit from my life and move on to another company. i guess a ton of people have had this issue and all they’ve done is offer 25% off another watch. like why would i waste my money when you won’t fix your problems???
