Hi,
For the past 2 month now my versa 1's notifications have been disabled. It says I need to do a phone restart which I have done multiple times. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, it then works for about 2-3 hours then notifications are again disabled. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how do I rectify it please.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for taking the time to try the troubleshooting steps from my previous post, I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa and your OnePlus 7 Pro. Please make sure that power management is currently disabled for the Fitbit app and let me know if the issue persists. You just need to go to your phone settings, then apps > Fitbit and finally power or battery.
