Hi,
Versa 2 went blank and I could not get it back on doing resets. It eventually worked and then the watch was ok a couple of days. However soon broke again but now it just flashes constantly if you try and reset it. It is completely goosed. I don’t know how to get a replacement under my warranty as they chat function link is broken and I don’t have twitter and Fitbit no longer have email support therefore at a loss!!

I Understand you’ve tried restarting several times but the problem persist. Have you tried changing the clock face going through the Fitbit App? Sometimes that will help address screen issues.

if the problem sill will not get corrected then I would definitely call Fitbit Customer Service. I see you have tried to contact Fitbit different ways but we’re unable to reach them. Have you tried calling them directly? I’d certainly give that a try.
