I just got a fitbit Versa 2. It is completely charged but the screen is either black or won't move from the FitBit logo. Yesterday it wasn't even being found on Bluetooth, now I think its being found (unless its a different one as I live in an apartment complex) but its not connecting. The phone will find it but the code won't pop up on the fitbit so I can finish set up. What can I do? I've restarted everything and nothing changes. I've been trying the whole weekend to get it to work and I'm about ready to send it back. Please help.

I read somewhere they are having issues with Fitbit Versa 2 since last Thursday. I am having the same issue. Mine just stopped working. I'm so annoyed at this point. If I could send back I would -but mine is a year old or older. Will not connect at all!
