Wondering if you've gotten it resolved. My screen looks like a static-y TV screen and most of the time I can't decipher anything. Is yours still communicating with the app? (Mine is). I called for warranty repair this morning and then received an email telling me that I have to ship it back and wait up to 5 days for a replacement to ship, which means I will probably be without my fitbit for about 2 weeks. Wondering if you have had the same experience?

What a nightmare its been.
Spoke to a customer service advisor who advised me to do a factory reset and also to change my clock face. I did all this and it didn't help, I then turned it off ( using shut down option on 'about' and left it off overnight.
I've turned it on this morning and although the erratic screen has gone, the new clock face doesn't seem to have a timeout time so its permanently showing?
I'll see how it goes for the next day or 2, hope you're versa gets better xx
