Watch face not working

Thought my versa 2 was dead but after some investigation saw that the watch face isn't working but it is syncing to my phone. Tried switching to another watch face but doesn't update; stuck on "Switching".

My Versa 2 is 5 months old. Since yesterday the screen has been messed up.. I reset the clock face, reset the device, and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nadda. The face looks like the static on an old TV screen and I can't decipher anything. It is still communicating with the app. I called for warranty service this morning and got an email with instructions for replacement. It tells me to ship my device from one coast to the other, at my expense, and they will ship a replacement within 5 days after receiving it. Bummer... I will be without my fitbit for a few weeks. I could cry. I can't believe fitbit customer support is so bad. Good luck with yours. I hope your experience isn't as bad as mine.
