Versa 2 Setup Issues

When I setup my Versa 2 for the first time on my Samsung S7, I miss-typed my email address. I tried to reset my email but appear to have also created a problem with my password. Whenever I try to change the email it asked for my current password. When I type in my password, it says it is incorrect. When I try to change the password it sends a email to the incorrect address due to my original error. How can I correct both errors ... email and password?

Hi @LBCLBC , are you not able to login with your Google account? If not, the simplest solution is to remove your account from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and, after that,  create a new account. Unfortunately you will loose all your historical data by doing this. Regards kuzibri

Hi kuzibri (Runner),

Thanks for the feedback. I was ultimately able to change the password on
the website and then had to log out of the app on my phone and log back in
with the new password. All set ... I think.
