Versa 2 Sleep Stages/Score won’t register

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently got the Versa 2, and the sleep stages/sleep score was showing up at first.

Now, there’s no sleep score and the “stages” is just showing as asleep.

Any ideas of how to fix this or as to why it’s happening?

@K_Saun, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I would like to follow on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since your sleep score and stages are not  showing.

Does the issue persist or did get resolved?

As a side note, the following conditions can prevent the sleep phases from being recorded:

- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (under 25%). This prevents a regular recording of the pulse.
- You use the metal bracelet while you sleep
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to insert your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance so that your pulse is recorded regularly and the sleep phases can be recognized.

As a side note, in order to get your sleep score information, you need to have your sleep stages tracked first.

Looking forward to your response.

I have this issue too.  It gives some sleep scores, like two nights per week, but all the detail about sleep quality (REM sleep, restlessness, etc.) is missing.  The app is downloaded on my Galaxy S9 and the Versa2 is paired (meaning synced, I guess) but still no good results.
