Versa 2 Snowy Screen

I had this happen today. Chatted with customer support. He told me to get into my app on my phone, go to my settings on my "Today" screen. He instructed me to go to the icon in the upper left corner and hit the pic icon for watchface and change mine. I did this and so far so good.

Happened to me also.  Glad this time I had the warrenty.  I think this is the second time I got a snowy screen which is why I got the warrenty after the first time.  So glad I did!!

Thanks, but I had to have mine replaced it was completely fried.
