Versa 2 SpO2 Not Reading

I've had my Versa 2 for just over a month, have slept with it on my wrist every night, synced every morning, moved it up my arm so that it's tight to my wrist and all other troubleshooting ideas I've read... and have never gotten a spo2 reading. Not one. 

When looking at the SpO2 clock face,.I see the message "No sleep access!"

There's no need to respond to this. I figured out the issue,.as I completely overlooked the Permissions I had to give the clock face.
